Follow-Up Virtual Coaching Session (60 Minutes)

Please note: This session must be scheduled within 30 days of your Private Virtual Warranty Administration Coaching Package. 

Warranty administration training tends to raise its most useful questions after the fact, once the material has been applied to real claims and real deadlines. This follow-up session gives your team a dedicated hour to revisit what has been working, address what has not, and reinforce the areas that need it.

The session is a private 60-minute Zoom meeting scheduled within 30 days of your original coaching package.

The session may include:

• Review of questions that surfaced after the initial coaching
• Reinforcement of policy and procedure topics as applied to actual claims
• Additional GlobalConnect navigation help
• Discussion of recent GM bulletins relevant to your store
• Review of jlscan reports and how your team is using them
• Progress check on processes or documentation habits discussed previously
• Email recap of key topics, links, and resources covered
