Additional Coaching Hour

Available to dealerships that have purchased the Private Virtual Warranty Administration Coaching Package only

Some dealerships need more time than the standard four hours allow, whether because multiple team members are being trained, because a specific process requires deeper review, or because new questions surface once the initial coaching is underway.

This add-on provides one additional hour of private Zoom coaching, scheduled at a mutually convenient time. Hours may be purchased individually or in multiples, and can be used consecutively or spread across separate sessions.

Additional hours may be used to:

• Continue any topic covered in the original coaching package
• Provide focused training for additional dealership personnel
• Work through dealership-specific claim scenarios or documentation questions
• Expand on GlobalConnect navigation, GM bulletins, or jlscan reports
• Address new questions that came up after the initial sessions
